Accommodation and Facilities
The entrance to the cottage is ramped to allow easy access for
wheelchair users and guests who may have walking difficulties
The facilities are all on a single level with wooden flooring throughout
For your additional comfort, windows are triple glazed, underfloor heating keeps the cottage lovely and warm and hot water is always on tap
The accommodation is flexible with one double and one twin bedded room which can be converted to another double on request
The lounge/dining area has a comfortable leather sofa and chair, widescreen TV with Freeview box and Sky TV, IPod docking station and Wi Fi service
Double French doors, lead out to the private south facing decked patio equipped with table chairs and a barbecue. The deck has a surrounding balustrade to ensure the safety of our younger visitors
Kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer dishwasher and microwave, utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses
Laundry facilities with washing machine and tumble drier are included. Shower room with luxury enclosed shower, wc and wash hand basin. Bath and hand towels are also provided
For your safety and well being, the cottage is equipped with integral smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first aid kit
Board games, a selection of DVD's and books
Guest folder, with maps, guide book, and useful information about local services, events and attractions
Unfortunately, due to livestock in the adjacent fields, we cannot accept pets, but assistance dogs are more than welcome, provided they are kept on a lead when exercised
For the comfort of all our guests, there is a no smoking policy in the cottage
